"Exodus" represents work from the first half of the Covid-19 pandemic, mostly in the summer of 2020. There is a sense of stillness, a suggestion of death, and a confrontation with the ethereal. Hannah appears to walk on water and we have an encounter with a natural altar found on a valley mudflat.
